Collegium Europaeum in Gniezno is a nonresident faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Few years ago when I was working in the studio Kostka & Kurka Architects I had the opportunity to work on this project, designing a canteen for students. I was in Gniezno last weekend and I decided to check how this object and the whole complex looks now. In addition to the canteen there are also academics (made also in Kostka & Kurka Architects) building together with didactic facilities, which in turn designed the Studio 1997. I have to admit that the whole complex looks really impressive and despite the passage of time still makes very positive impression, is modern and stylish. In addition, lush and well-groomed greenery embeds everything in nice framework and builds greate background and complement the entire compleks. Have a look at the current picture I posted in the portfolio.
